Dead and resurrected

Two days ago, my computer died just after I tried Touhou Hisouten Soku.While my guess is it might have something to do with me reinstalling, uninstalling and reinstalling a lot of thing one after another prior to that but the real cause was never discovered. Took out the harddrive and got the data backed up yesterday and today I did another reformat to my computer, the second in around two months, and the machine’s running again… with quite some initial problems too but most of those were ironed out… or so I think they were but they are probably just hidden back in their hole. For the last two days I have been surfing the net with the DSi and/or the PSP so I wasn’t really completely disconnected from the internet. I’m sensing another major problem for my PC ahead… veeery soon… These machines sure are fragile.

Dissidia Despair

Discovered that my month long worth of sweat, blood and tears in my Dissidia save file was somehow screwed over by someone. I have a feeling I know who and I know how.

I was really angry for the first two hours from when I found out, not to say that I’m all happy and cheerful about right now though…

Seriously, what’s the chances of someone turning on your PSP, boot up some random game, randomly navigating through menus of an alien language and then overwriting a new game file over your existing save file? ok, quite likely actually but still… argh… somebody give me a knife, I want to hear some screaming… >___>

I don’t think I’ll be playing it any more for a long while; lost my mood for it now. This reminds me of what happened to me in Legend of Dragoons back on the PS1; I spent almost four months levelling up and learning all the attacks and skills or whatever those were call again, getting a 100% game and then my save data got screwed when I saved it right in front of the final stage. Till today I have not regained my will to play it again…

P.S. I will be leaving for Ipoh from tomorrow till Sunday to see a doctor regarding me left ear.

Cursed

When my grandmother started frequenting the hospital and required constant attention, it proved stressing to my aunts back in Ipoh who also had their own jobs to attend to every day so they decided to call back one of my other aunt who had been in the US for as long as I could remember until then. That was about 4 to 5 years ago.

Now, 4 to 5 years later, after both my grandparents has passed away, this aunt of mine finally has a chance to breathe. So, after years of taking up the responsibility for everyone else, now she’s taking her revenge by going everywhere, which comes to today’s chapter; she came down to our area yesterday.

She will be staying with my other aunts living nearby since they have more extra rooms there than we have here. She will be staying till Saturday when I will follow her back to Ipoh to have my partially impaired left ear checked, until then, she will be going wild around the place here I assume.

Today as part of that aunt’s epic journey all over the place, me, my sister, my mother and that aunt went to 1Utama together. We planned to also drop by The Curve and also Ikea before heading home initially but 1Utama alone took up most of the time we had, not to mention all stamina I had lol.

Here’s another thing; last night, while playing Dissidia on my bed, I noticed my nose beginning to feel weird. By then, I knew something bad is going to happen. Today, my throat feels kind of dry and rough, and I have a running nose.

So we were there at the place, going around places, looking at stuff, had lunch at Sakae Sushi, etc. The air condition felt kind of numbing; another sign that something is wrong with my health.

Got really tired by the time I got back so I slept for most of the rest of the day. No improvement after I woke up.

Now, I just recovered from my fever and soar throat just a week ago, don’t tell me I’m getting a cold NOW. Maybe I’m cursed not to go out of my house till 2009.

Tomorrow, my aunt will be heading to MidValley and I believe the rest will also follow her. I most probably won’t.

Oh, today is my father birthday too. Had a celebration and all those stuff too at the end of the day.

Worst might be ahead

Loliclock! Finally found it today~ It’s a clock operated by 3 randomly cycling lolis (from a pool of 5). The one on the left tells the hour and minute, the one on the right tells the second by the sound she makes and the one in the centre… dances around. Haha…

Anyway, I’m very much better now. Almost feels like I’m completely cured from the fever but no. Somehow my fever jumps back up every time I lie down.

It happened this afternoon and it happened a moment ago when I was reading some manga on my bed. Something tells me I might not even have gone past the volcano >__>

Oh, and my soar throat seems to be getting gradually better. Since the throat has a physical injury instead of some viral origins, it can’t just come and go. Yay to that I guess.

I think things shouldn’t get any worse than this morning. I was feeling the worst so far this morning; freezing, light headedness, inexplicable numbnesses (I almost had to amputate both my arms due to lack of blood flow <__< >__>).

But after resting a little in an extremely hot room of mine (which I deliberately made it so), I’m feeling a LOT better now. Lets just hope things don’t go any further down from here =__=
