Another day outside

I’ve been leaving my home quite a lot these past week or two. I guess I’m slowly slipping out of the almost hikikomori-like lifestyle I’ve been stuck in ever since I got out of college earlier this year; equaly that my wallet slowly gets lighter by each trip.

Ugh, that reminds me… I still have tonnes of manga to order including the new volume of Mirai Nikki >__>

EDIT: agh, and I just remembered that I have yet to finish Tenshinranman too. Damn, I should get to that soon.

Tokyopop taps onto Mirai Nikki!?

oh my god… now this is what I call a surprise.

…ok, now I shall go back to waiting for volume 8 and Mirai Nikki: Paradox.

wait, it was Valentines!?

I totally forgot about it lol

So instead of doing what most other people do during Valentines, me and my friends went down to KL and wasted the day there. I went there to get my mangas, check out the prices for some random computer peripherals as well as checking around for the availability of those Busou Shinki figures that I wanted.

Things sure are getting expensive... T__T

I then spent the rest of the night reading random scanlations after I got home. I’ll keep the new ones for tomorrow I guess…

oh, I also lent my Valkyria Chronicles to one of my friends and started MGS4 today.

Held up again lmao

I happened again! Another one of my manga orders got held up by the customs  LOL

Well, this time around I saw it coming though… pretty obvious how it would turn out by the looks of the cover but meh, no harm trying xD

Actually, if I were to mention even more in detail about the story of this manga it wouldn’t then seem to be too naughty… ok, maybe it would seem weirder in another sense… forget that I wrote this paragraph…

Aside from the fact that this is the only mindless moe manga that I ordered this time, I don’t really have much inclination to forcefully pursue the acquisition of it (unlike Himamori Himari vol 3 which I already had a whole series of volumes prior) so I don’t know if I would try to get it through means other than Kinokuniya KLCC. Kinokuniya Singapore doesn’t seem to have it either so I can’t ask my friend there to help neither… I don’t know, I guess I’ll see how I feel about it in the future.

Anyway, here are the other orders that have arrived:

1. Mirai Nikki vol7
2. Mirai Nikki: Mosaic
3. Touhou Bougetsushou vol2
4. Roman vol2

I guess that means I may be going to KLCC again soon. Just a matter of when; I have other plans for tomorrow so definitely not tomorrow, maybe Saturday… I don’t know but for now, I’m feeling quite lazy to move around, maybe I’ll try to look for someone to get them for me again… (¯▽¯

¥1880!

New stuffs

Ok, those three are next in my order list. In an ideal situation, when I call it an ‘order list’, they shouldn’t exist in the market yet. Then I could plan the necessary budget and also look around to see if anything else of my interest might be released anytime soon so I don’t miss those as well. Here, all three are already out and about.

Of course, it’s a problem with one of the previous books being a little late and me forgetting to order two of these here when I could have gotten it with everything else in the previous order and now when they coincides with another book release; the third one.

They are Mirai Nikki Mosaic, Mirai Nikki vol 7 and Touhou Bougetsushou vol 2 (or center part). Together, they cost ¥1880; That’s RM75, and I’m sure Kinokuniya will mark it to around RM100 or something around that.

Oh, also, I got a mail from Kinokuniya yesterday that Lotte no Omocha! vol 2 is already here but since my health is not at its best, I can’t really be going to get it (not to mention that I’m not very fond of the idea of going such distances to get just one single book). Currently, I’m looking around for anyone I know who might be going to KLCC anytime soon so I can have them get it in my stead. If no one comes up then maybe I might be going tomorrow. We’ll see.

Expedition

Went out with some friends to KLCC today. Watched Hellboy II while we were there as well. It was entertaining, not bad. I do find some characters who appeared during the length of the movie to be lacking much purpose in the whole plot however. They appear, the do one or two things, they disappears. Aside from that, it’s a pretty fun show.

I did not know we were going to be watching any movies today, was only planning to get my orders from Kino but that’s fine.

Retrieved my stuffs during the trip to Kinokuniya before we headed back:

Once we got back at our place, I dropped my things at home and then we headed out again for a few rounds of Call of Duty 4 and Kane’s Wrath at FTZ Asia.net till dinner.

…this was one expensive expedition…

Another retrieval

Went to collect my stuff from Kinokuniya today.

Haven’t read any of them yet though, will do tonight. Have some sketches and researches to do @__@

Nothing much else interesting to mention about today aside from the trip to Kinokuniya.
